We charge a $10.00 fee for consultations to ensure commitment and to account for the time and effort we dedicate to preparing for your personalized meeting. This allows us to prioritize your needs and adjust our schedule to give you our full attention. At the meeting we will discuss the following: 1. Personalized Vision The consultation allows us to understand the client’s unique vision, preferences, and style. It’s a chance to discuss your dream event and ensure every detail reflects your personality and goals. 2. Professional Expertise Clients gain access to our professional insights on themes, color palettes, layouts, and design trends. 3. Budget Optimization During the consultation, we provide guidance on how to make the most of your budget without sacrificing style or quality. We identify areas where they can save or splurge for maximum impact. 4. Time-Efficiency A short, focused session ensures that your questions and concerns are addressed. 5. Visualize the Event We use the consultation to share design boards, photos of past events, or sketches to help you visualize your event’s potential. Clients are encouraged to share mood boards.
